No. The beta is self-service and does not require a credit card. We want bands to get into the tools, try real workflows, and tell us what would make the suite more useful.

Start at GigForte. Your GigForte account is the front door to the suite and carries your identity and selected band workspace into each app. That avoids separate accounts and gives your band one connected home.

Yes. You can create a GigForte workspace and spend all your time in just Bandy, Visual ChordPro, or StageChart. Beta access includes the whole suite, but there is no requirement to adopt every workflow at once.

The complete GigForte suite is $0 during the Early Adopter Beta. No credit card is required, and your workspace will not be charged automatically.

Planned pricing for a workspace with up to 10 band members is $10 per month for one app or $25 per month for the complete suite. Pricing takes effect only after the beta program wraps up.

No. Before paid plans begin, we will provide notice, explain the available choices, and ask you to select a plan. Because no card is collected for the beta, there is no automatic charge.

You will be able to choose a single-app plan. Starting at the GigForte level today does not commit you to paying for the full suite later.

GigForte manages your account, band workspace, membership, roles, and launchpad. It is the shared layer that lets a bandleader organize access once and move into the apps in the context of the correct band.

Bandy is the operating hub for gigs, schedules, member availability, band information, payments, and the administrative work that keeps a group moving.

Visual ChordPro helps musicians create and refine ChordPro charts visually, place chords where they belong, manage song details, and export clean ChordPro files without editing raw markup.

StageChart is the rehearsal and performance home for a shared song library, setlists, charts, lyrics, notes, auto-scroll, and stage-friendly views.

When you open an app from the GigForte launchpad, GigForte securely passes your signed-in identity and selected workspace into that app. The goal is a seamless move between workflows without repeated sign-ins.

Yes. One GigForte account can belong to multiple workspaces. You can switch the selected band in the launchpad before opening an app.

Yes. During the beta period, we can work directly with your band to review what you have and help transfer usable songs, ChordPro files, PDFs, setlists, and related data into the appropriate GigForte apps.

Depending on its source and format, beta migration help can include charts, song metadata, setlists, member or contact information, gig records, and other operational data. We will assess the source with you before promising a specific transfer.

No. Music and band data can be structured very differently from one tool to another. Some transfers may be automated, while others may need cleanup or a smaller first phase. We will explain the approach and agree on scope before making changes.

We recommend keeping your original files and existing account intact while you evaluate the transferred result. Migration work should create a usable starting point in GigForte, not remove your safety net.

Start small: bring one real setlist, the charts needed for it, and the members playing the next rehearsal or show. That gives your band a meaningful test without requiring a complete cutover on day one.

No. GigForte is organized around the band workspace, not separate per-person subscriptions. Each member uses their own email identity inside the shared workspace.

A workspace owner or admin sends an invitation to the member's email address. The member signs in to GigForte with that same address and accepts the pending band invitation.

Yes. GigForte supports owner, admin, and member roles so responsibility can be shared without giving every member the same management access.

It is active software being used and improved, but it is still a beta. You may encounter rough edges, and connected workflows will continue to mature. Early adopters receive free access in exchange for trying real work and sharing candid feedback.
